This small bungalow was once considered to have little to no value and was nearly headed for demolition. Where others saw a tear down, Kieffer Projects saw potential. We took on the challenge of restoring the home to its former glory, proving that a smaller footprint does not mean a smaller opportunity for transformation.
The path to restoration was not simple. The project required navigating numerous permitting obstacles and working closely with both the city and the county throughout the process. Thanks to Kieffer Projects’ long standing experience working with local jurisdictions, we were able to move efficiently through approvals and bring the project across the finish line in just four months.
The bungalow was in such poor condition that it was widely viewed as having little to no value, with demolition considered a likely outcome for the property.
